I have a team fab Chris icon. Despite not being on my flist, or even knowing me, txtequilanights made it for me and I think it's fabulous! Thanks to txtequilanights and phaballa who encouraged me to go and ask.

I'm behind with all things LJ again because of cinema and friends visiting, and also my sister went and got a tattoo on her foot last weekend, and it's developed a nasty infection. Her whole foot and bottom of her leg is swollen and red and there's infection tracks going up her leg. She's been to the hospital a few times and they're admitting her if it gets worse, so I've been keeping her company down at the club. The timing is horrible as the club is in serious trouble just now and she really needs to be on her feet and sorting things out, but that isn't going to happen just yet.

I've have just been linked to the most amusing post by seperis where she asks what's the most cracked-out and/or worst thing you've written? I've been giggling so much at the comments and it made me think about some of the rubbish I've posted. Some of the TS stuff is just ouch, and there's a reason why I took down all my Mutant X fic. I've also pulled the popslash story where Justin and Lyn were aliens that ate the others. I know! It made sense at the time. But man, I've posted some insane stuff. I've written Chucklecest with broad hints about the uses of paint brush handles and posted it publicly. Though I have to say I've had some of that posted on my MySpace in return. Really, it amuses me that people look at my profile and see a thread of Chuckle brother love. There's also the Edd the Duck/Andi Peters ficlet. Which. Yeah. But come on, they loved each other! And Edd has the perfect blow job beak, In case you don't know, Andi Peters was a children's presenter. His side kick was a duck puppet called Edd I think the worst thing about that was I had it up at my site. In public. Andi Peters getting blown by a puppet duck, and someone emailed once when the link was broken, because they wanted to read.

You know, I should have shame about that, but I just don't. I have more shame about the fact that like so many in the TS fandom back then I posted both a gen and slash version of the same story. Because I was clearly insane.

All that's just off the top of my head. Really, it's a wonder anyone still reads what I write at all *g*

I have to go as I'm going bowling with the best friend and various kidlets. But if you want to confess your own versions of Andi/Edd the Duck, go for it.

Hell - I used to write Flying Doctors fic for my sisters in letters when I was living in the UK. I was 22 for pete's sake!

I think my personal best as far as "most cracked out" would have to be the X-Files/My Neighbor Totoro crossover (gen, thankfully). But that's far from my worst, omg and gahh, and, well. That's saying something, right there.

You know, after posting this I realised that the story I probably cringe at the most is the one I did for the sen angst list where Blair gets trapped next to the toilet. You know it has to be bad if it's worse than rps including flesh eating mothers.

It was a horrible thing, her foot was really messed up and I've spent a lot of time down hers making sure she actually sits like she's supposed to. I tell you, for someone who loves to laze around when she has to it's another matter.
