Oct. 29th, 2007 06:36 pmThe cats are trying to drive me nuts today. We're using a paper based litter for a change, and they're spreading it everywhere. I've swept the hall three times, vacuumed twice, yet there's still little cat trails of litter everywhere. I'm going to buy the clay stuff in the morning.
I really need to tag my stuff better. Someone was asking if I'd written more in the hitman!Kevin universe, and while I can find the original ficlet that started it all, I know I did something that included Lance, and I just can't find it. I suspect it's in one of those ficlet memes, but whether I tagged it is debatable. Oh, wait. It was the first kiss meme! Not that I tagged that either *g*
Talking of writing, Corey was assigned a story to write as homework. I had to read and comment on it, and he started really well. He reads a lot and that showed in his word choices and dialogue placing, sadly, like many writers before him, he got bored toward the end. At which point the hero and the minor, who'd been stuck down the mine for fifty years, both got chased by a ghost. They then came across a rock cutting machine, which sadly broke, so they pulled the rock wall down with their bare hands. Like you do.
It was a good story before that though. I could easily post it at the Pit of Voles and get comments.
I've been watching Matthew Gray Gubler's Youtube vids today. I swear, the man isn't right in the head at times, but man, he's funny.
Okay, things to do then I have a date with sweet and sour chicken, a bottle of cough medicine and Americas Next Top Model. A fine night I think.
Also, remember. TRICKC DAY SOON! *pokes*
