It's a horrible day here today, wet and sleety. We're going to the cinema later, but until then I'm catching some time online in between tidying up, as for some reason the in laws are sleeping over tonight. Not that they'd care about the mess, but you know, I would. This is only the second time they've ever slept over, and I'm not even sure why they are. I know they wanted to come watch Corey play rugby tomorrow, but we could have picked them up before we went. Though not as puzzling as the fact they're stopping over on New Years eve. New Year is really low key for us. We stay in, have a buffet of yummy food we graze on all night, watch the fireworks from our garden, then sleep when we want. Previous years have seen me eating cake while reading the last SeSa stories, but no way can I do that with company in the house. Woe.

I should have been writing more today actually, instead I've been listening to Mikey and Frank interview of much goodness I haven't laughed so much in a long time. The spider story, the geeking out. So much love.

I have to admit, the Mikey love is strong just now. Approaching Chris level strong. How did that happen? How!?

I'm still fighting with OE. Yesterday I noticed that while my BT addy would receive mail fine, it wouldn't send it. Which wasn't a huge problem as I had OE set up on pop for my Gmail and Yahoo addies too. But James tried to fix it, and set all 60,000 mails downloading again. Which took hours. Then they crashed at the end, and didn't complete the download, so down they came again. At which point we took the BT addy off the pop account. It still works, just the mails don't come to OE which is what I check the most. So if you want to email, use turps33 at gmail dot com. No mails have gone missing though, I just need to weed them out.

I think that's everything. Now I go back to the pressing problem of whether I want James to buy my season one of Criminal Minds or season one of Without a Trace for Christmas. On one hand, I have all the CM eps, but want to see the Day in the Life of MGG thing which is an extra. On the other, I've just got into WAT and haven't been able to get my hands on season one online.

*gasp* WHAT?!!?? You... you... traitor! :-) And MIKEY of all people. Look at Bob! Look at Gerard! Even look at teeny, tiny adorable Frank! They're all much cuter than Mikey. You have such weird taste :-)

And speaking of MCR, I would love to have the MCR calendar from the Xmas 2007 isssue of Rock Sound that satsuma77 posted scans from. Would it be possible for you to get hold of it and either send it to me or give it to me at Camp Sparkle? I'll pay you for it of course! Please? It's weird how the love for some person just hits, and you've no reason why. I really like FOB and MCR, but have to admit, Panic haven't made much of an impression on me yet.

I think Pete is mega hot, and he's my FOB guy, but Mikey. Gah. There's something about him. He's thin as a rail, all awkward angles, is kinda weird and has interesting hair choices, but he's also geektastic and beautiful and I've really fallen for him.

Him and Pete are my crossover OTP. I'll have to badger people for a Chris/Mikey/Pete cross, because I'll explode with glee!
