I have so much fannish glee right now. So many fandoms, all bubbling together, like a soda bottle that's been shaken up, boom!
I've just watched a cool Without a Trace episode where Martin and Danny were sent away together, and they were just adorable. Then
erilyn showed herwonderful evil side by posting a picspam of happiness with the Panic boys, just because I showed a chink of weakness. Then, and this is the most wonderful of all, my Christmas card exchange card from Chris came! And the card he sent/JC made is the funniest thing ever, featuring pretty princess JC and containing a letter from both Chris and JC where they mock one another and are apparently having lots of happy hot sex. Which, result! I'm sure I know who sent this, and, thank you. Your timing was amazing
Our car was taken away to be fixed this morning, and later James is going to pick up a hire car. Which sounds simple, but arranging it all took hours, and considering our phone line is incoming calls only at the moment we had to use the mobiles, which will work out damn expensive. We also need to pay a £40 fuel charge ( refunded at the end thankfully) and a £75 excess on the insurance, which ouch. As if this month wasn't tight enough already.
Still, at least it can be fixed, and we will get a hire car, and I didn't mention this yesterday, but Corey was in full rugby kit when we found the mess, and one of our neighbours went and got his car and made sure C got to his match in time, and others came over to make sure things were okay. So you know, I fully believe the good people way outweigh the bad.
Hee, Turlough is encouraging me to write Waycest. I love fannish enablers so much :D
