Feb. 19th, 2008 09:07 pmI had a lovely mail day today. First, a penguin postcard from
augustuscaesar PINGUS! I love them, and Tara for sending such an adorable postcard. Thank you! Also,
vaudevilles sent me popslash version of crudeo! This gives me glee, it's made so beautifully too. Popslash pairing cards with cards such as aliens making them do it, or waking up gay in a shack or gay nightclub It looks like so much fun. I was instructed to take it to Camp Sparkle, and I so will! Thank you so much!
Inspired by Mette, I also messed on with my user info today. It's basic, but I like it.
It's Corey's birthday outing with his friends tomorrow, so I've been sorting things out today, and tomorrow we'll have four 12 year old boys for the day. We're going to the cinema and pizza hut for tea, then back home for a few hours. Then once that's over the week of birthdays is done, thank goodness, but wow, my family needed to plan things better, all that money to pull out over such a short time.
To end, I watch the tv show Dancing on Ice, two weeks ago Chris Fountain danced to Cry Me A River, and he was fantastic, especially considering before he signed up he'd done no ice dancing at all. I keep meaning to share the clip with you, because I think it's great, and he totally gets the Justin moves, especially at the beginning.
And if you enjoyed that, look up his time warp dance, that was cool too.

Date: 2008-02-19 10:41 pm (UTC)And dude, your testimonials are way too normal-sounding. I want to add something like Terri is crazy and a bad influence, but I can't think of anything witty. ;)

Date: 2008-02-20 09:21 am (UTC)It seems the worst are always voted through at the beginning, hello Aggie, which is okay when there's a few bad people, it's no loss to lose the second off bottom, but now there's Greg and the good skaters. If he goes through again I won't be pleased.
Yes! Chris does have the Nick thing about him. And whoa, the thought of Nick on ice is making me so happy right now!
We can! Only 9 days now!

Date: 2008-02-20 07:27 pm (UTC)I'm glad you said that, I was wondering how I was going to survive without my weekly fix. I'm even more addicted than I was last year!
I never noticed the Chris-Nick resemblance, but I do see it now you've mentioned it.
it's like Nick is rither there, ice dancing. And how cool would THAT be?
They should do a sparkly version! It would be fantastic!

Date: 2008-02-21 06:27 pm (UTC)Thank you! I think my userinfo still needs messing with a little, I noticed some grammar mistakes here or there, but those are easily fixed.
Corey had a great time, and I needed a day to recover *g*

Date: 2008-02-21 06:25 pm (UTC)Chris is miles ahead of everyone else. I agree, Suzanne is good, but Chris has the performance edge over her. He better win, I'll be annoyed if he doesn't.
