turpsI was so irritated with the world yesterday, enough that in the end I just got offline so I didn't offend someone. Plus, there was Torchwood to prepare for.
I won't give you my list of irritations, that's what I have Eva for, just know they were petty and stupid and the most important thing is today the world is shiny again.
So have a meme, because apparently I like updating in the mornings, and at night, and the afternoon at times *g*

turps33, because turps in my nickname in rl. At least for my brother it is, he's never actually called me Terri, it's always turps, even when he sends cards. Which means my niece and nephew call me Auntie Turps.

Terri, because it's my name. My parents were bikers and apparently there was a song called Terri when my mam was pregnant. Now, I've never heard of this song so I suspect they just shoved a pin in a list of baby names, especially as Terri for a girl isn't a common name here. The amount of times I've had to tell people it's not short for Teresa is insane. Plus, do you know how long I wanted one of theose stupid mugs with your name printed on? Or a keyring, or a door plate saying Terri's Room? But no, they don't exist unless you special order.
3. My journal is titled ____ because ____.
She has bushels of bad habits, because I do.
4. My friends page is called ____ because ____.
Them, because I'm boring and have no imagination.
5. My default userpic is ____ because ____.
Chris! Chris with his braids and braces because that's the hottest thing in the world and I love him muchly and that hasn't changed and in no way depends on who's on my LJ banner.
