Obviously llamas are stupid too.

Well, I just looked it up and it seems they happily mate in the wild. For up to 45 minutes even. Llamas, bad at kinky sex but they have stamina on their side.

Maybe the dick guiding only happens to farmed llamas? Like, their sex drive is compromised with being in a farmed setting. Or people may just like watching llama porn.
