Pete and Patrick interacting is like...just one of my favorite things ever. And here it is! And you wrote it! And it's for me and you have no idea how much that means!

The dialogue in this is just fantastic. I love the way that Patrick just puts up with Pete, but how he also kind of enjoys it, embraces it just a little but doesn't quite encourage Pete. I love the mention of how Patrick would have been flustered and blushed if it had been a few months earlier. Blushy Patrick is just too adorable! And Pete straddling patrick's thigh is just...okay, patrick's thighs...that's a kink in its own right, but Pete straddling it, helltotheyes.

Can I also like to say how much I love that you mentioned Patrick's temper? I love patrick's sweet nature but I think people so often forget that he's got a bit of a mean streak, and I love that about him! And I love that Pete pushes his buttons. And I think you just captured them so perfectly in this. And I love the way you have Pete talk about Patrick to Patrick. Just telling him to his face about how great he is, because we know Pete does it, and we know Patrick doesn't buy into it, and I love that! Love that you wrote about it!

And when he writes the message on Patrick's hand...How perfect is that? So perfect. Terri! So amazingly perfect! My heart is just singing right now and this is definitely one of my fave Pete/patrick's things I have ever read!
