Title: Sound Tracking
Rating: hard PG13
Word count: 45k
Summary: The beat is muted, almost non-existent, and the loss hits Bob hard. He's used to living his life in a constant thrum of sound, sensing those around him, the rhythm of the universe a constant companion, but here there's almost nothing. He can feel the sound that's been pulling him for weeks now, but little else. This place is dead, almost silent, and Bob aches with the feeling of being cast into nothingness.

A MCR - Bob and Gerard centric space AU where Gerard's band has been taken from him and Bob helps find them. Also features FOB, especially Pete.

Warnings: Implied n/c, implied torture, death of supporting characters in the past and also during the story.

Notes: I want to thank everyone who listened, encouraged and read snippets of this story when I pushed them their way. Special thanks go to ephemera and especially nopseud and arsenicjade. They listened, read, fixed my mistakes, read again and willingly gave me their time. I can never thank them enough for that.

It is ridiculous! I've already started and the changes you have added to the beginning are brilliant. I can feel even more the stifling and claustrophobic nature of that planet and Bob's driving need.

It'll turn out wonderful, trust me!

I've been thinking about Mikey/Frank and my little story outline from earlier as well as my previous foray into Mikey/Frank, which is an abandoned WIP. Maybe I will try and write some this weekend.

Of course, I should be writing SeSa, but *waves hands*.

I just want you to know that I rarely read MCR but this is just...fuck. Awesome. I'm not done yet. I just got to part four because I'm such a slow reader..but but but! Goddd! I love this. I. Love. It. I don't even like SciFi or AU usually. but I love everything about this! And you just need to know I wish it didn't have to end. I'm so sad to be on part four already because I know its going to be over soon. I want to print it all out and make a cover for it, complete with Bob looking studly next to the Love and Death.

And trust me, you are getting a full on comment when I finish reading this. I just had to stop and congratulate you while I was half way through it.

Umm, maybe this is my computer because its pretty fucked up but is there somehting wrong with part 4 because nothing comes up when I click the link and this story is so good I honestly think I might cry if I can't finish it.
