Well, I have to confess to wiki-ing that particular spelling because I'm more used to seeing it spelled with two Ns in the middle and I wondered if you meant something different even though I didn't think so. And yes, of course I got the connotations, doesn't everyone? No, I know lots of people probably don't but I'm an old fantasy and Tolkien fan (the books, not the movies) and the Celts are generally fascinating so I've got a shelf of nonfiction dedicated to Celtiana in general. It's been a few years since I actually read any of it of course :-)
