Mam totally spoiled us for Sundays Dancing on Ice result. Not purposely, she just happened to walk in when we were watching and said she was glad so and so had gone. At which point we were, noooooo!!

My tin hat for Mikey/Pete is shining bright right now. Seeing Pete twittering to Mikey gave me glee this morning, of course Mikey isn't replying, but still. It'll happen. I never expected him to follow Pete back and he did.

Corey was off school yesterday, so he lolled about the couch while I did a pre-beta check on my story, getting the worst of the mistakes and suckiness out before I sent it away. It ended up over 60k and by the time I'd finished reading I still liked it. Though I am glad I radically changed the end, because it needed the balance of good things as opposed to the bad. I have to admit, though, my favourite scenes in the whole thing are really short and involve Gerard and Mikey. Sometimes I'm so predictable it's ridiculous.

Updating about the fight my neighbours had. Lee works for my brother and yesterday he went to work with his face all scratched up. His excuse was he'd been walking their dog and had been pulled into a bramble bush. Which really, that's the best he could do?

Your tinhat is quite dazzling ;-)

Ridiculously adorable!

My crossover tin hat is ridiculously shiny. If Mikey ever does reply to him I may explode with joy.

*beams*

They're tiny scenes, more a few sentences strung together really but I coo at them every time I read.

I just had to laugh at myself when I read this. I'm ecstatic over reaching 15k words on my play, and here you've written a story that's FOUR TIMES that long! Puts things in perspective, lol. :D

Man, no. They're two such different things. I couldn't even think about writing a play. You should be ecstatic.

It's one of the better tin hats to wear, I think. *shines own hat*

Gerard and Mikey deserve glee. Even if the story is so not about them.

It is! We have an awesome matching pair of tin hats :D

Yes, much glee. There is coffee drinking and peanut butter on toast and all is well in the world at that moment.

Yeah. They're made of awesome.

Oh yes, a bramble bush. I mean, how lame.

Mikey may have responded to Pete in email, or private text, or something. (WHAT?)

Oh man, I hope your neighbors find some better resolution.

I like your line of reasoning!

I hope your neighbors find some better resolution.

Me too. It's a sad situation.
