It's been a very lovely day today. Blue skies and spring sunshine. I've spent a nice chunk of it replying to email, and as a result have talked about many awesome things and many different topics. Including sparkly boys, Mikey/Spencer, Pete with Bronx, Ryan and Spencer twittering, many more mentions of Mikey, vampire llamas, badfic with a lot of really awesome people.

I've also been eating cheese with pickled onions actually in the cheese itself, which is the most delicious thing ever.

So, how are you guys? Tell me what you're up to right now. Or maybe speculate with me if one of MCR will attempt a lame April Fools joke.

You know all about my life thanks to today's email but I wanted to comment anyway because I felt my icon wanted to say 'hi' to your icon...

OMG! It was so delicious. Cheddar with chunks of pickled onion running through it.

I've just had the last piece for breakfast.

What's this 'if' that you're talking about?

I'm very surprised there's been no pranking going on, though I suppose it's just turned the first in their parts.

I see Gabe tried a twitter prank, and then confessed straight after. Pranking, you're doing it wrong!

Tell me more about the Mikey/Spencer!

I left work early- I was just goofing off anyway and I wanted to get some chores done at home since I will be at work tomorrow morning.

The Mikey/Spencer was something I wrote for [livejournal.com profile] lazydwarf in email.

I'll send you it as it's rough as all hell and it's not fit to be shown in public.

I'm glad you took off early, and also glad there was lots of mail for me! Because I'm selfish like that.

It's Queer Film Festival in Frankfurt for just another day right now and today I saw The Sensei which was advertised as a gay Karate Kid but actually was way more serious and less amusing than KK. It was still a very good movie though, even made me cry.

And I totally want to do a KK marathon weekend now because those movies rock! :D

A gay Karate Kid, that's something to get your head around. I'm glad you enjoyed the film, even if it's not what you expected.

KK movies are fun!

We'd better weather yesterday, today was a bit too windy to be really enjoyable, but spring is definitely here in earnest now, so nice.

Cheese with pickled onions? What kind of cheese? It sounds like a really weird combination to me though.

Right now I'm writing a comment in your journal ;-) Well, and waiting for Sweet Charity to end, keeping my fingers crossed I won't be outbid.

Spring is such a lovely season.

It was cheddar cheese. I love cheese with pickled onions anyway, so to actually have them in the cheese was yummy. They were cut up small and the combination. nom nom nom.

Hee, yes, you were. Oh, who were you bidding on? The art work?

Today it's almost calm and sunny and +12C and it's supposedly going to be even warmer for the next few days, wheee!!

No, not art (well, I did have a bid on [livejournal.com profile] reflectedeve for a while but I'd to let that go) but two different fic writers and I think I managed to snag both of them! One is [livejournal.com profile] drusillathemad and I'm planning on forcing her to write more in that Bob/Gerard d/s universe she wrote a story in some weeks ago, and the other is [livejournal.com profile] anne_eliott who's written a very beautiful Frank/Gerard fic and who seems to be very into Brian at the moment so I'm thinking of asking for Brian/Gerard. Unfortunately there wasn't that many bandom writers and of the few who'd signed up there was several who've only produced rather crappy stories in my opinion. I did have a bid on liseroquin for a while but I'd to let that go too sadly enough, I wanted to ask for more in the Art of Codependency series.

If I hadn't had some money on my Paypal I'd forgotten about I wouldn't have had the money right now to bid on anything, it's good to be forgetful sometimes :-)

It's half past midnight and I'm listening to JC and reading some articles that I have to return to my professor tomorrow. I wasn't planning on reading them in the middle of the night, but I forgot.

Oh god, I didn't realise it was April Fools tomorrow. Nobody better prank me!

Hmmm, JC at night. The articles aren't so hmmmm making.

So far I haven't been pranked. Well, Gabe from Cobras tried on twitter but he announced it was a prank straight after, which is fail pranking.

Well, it was a very twisting series of emails that started with a llama loving friend talking about making a llama fur blanket then moved on to her being tough with a sparkly coating, and of course if you sparkle you have to be a vampire.

It made sense at the time *g*
