I've just had a reply from my mail to Jenny.

Now this may sound like a little thing, but I'm so freaking happy I could do the snoopy dance.

I may be only able to talk by replying to a mail, but still...

ETA: I just read Jenny's post talking about something on the MX mailing list, so went to have a look. All I can say is WTF!? Why would anyone join a list about slash without knowing what it means? I've just been veering between hysterical laughter and disbelief that someone can be so freaking dumb. Posting, 'I've nothing about homosexuality but what's that got to do with Mutant X?' on the MX slash list makes me want to do a Dobby and bash my head against a wall.

Years ago I didn't know what slash meant, but I didn't go and join a slash list and ask stupid questions before I found out. Jenny, I admire your restraint in answering her.

Nice to hear you can hit "reply" to write to me! But even so I've set up a yahoogroups account so we can write effortlessly, with no AOHell/btinternet crap! (At least I hope so!)

Yeah, I thought subtle was the way to go, even though I was howling like a dog and IMing with a friend about how ridiculous it was. lol
