Corey went back to school yesterday. He's in an old enough year to be able to leave school and come into town for dinner and told me at length how he enjoyed his cheese pastie better than the dinners he used to get at school. He also told me he needed files, note books etc for one his classes so as soon as James came home from work we had to head off shopping. It's nice being back into the school routine, and Corey's happy to be back too it seems.
I remain caught up in all the MCR shenanigans going on. As I suck at puzzles myself I just lurk at
mcr_unofficial and enjoy all the theories that are there, but one I'm pretty sure of myself. Dr Death Defying = Gerard, Y/Y? Also, Frank's blog post. Be still my heart. Oh band, they're making me jump between utter excitement and frustration at an alarming rate. Though excitement is winning just now, as shown by the squee filled email I sent when Mikey actually tweeted again.
Talking of, I need to hoover and clean the cat litter boxes and post at the comm but then I'm off to write for a while. Bob and Mikey are making a mask right now, one with those wobbly eyes, even.

Date: 2010-09-08 12:32 pm (UTC)Corey is so cute! All I can eat out, Bwahahaha!!!
Speaking of none of this- did you get my email this morning. Gmail was being weird so ZI don't know if they went through.

Date: 2010-09-08 12:39 pm (UTC)Corey thinks he's an adult now, let loose to roam the street and make people mutter about the school kids who take over at dinner time. Personally I'd rather have a meal than a pasty, but what do I know? *g*
I did get them! Delicious angst is in my grubby hands.

Date: 2010-09-08 03:59 pm (UTC)I haven't caught up on last night's MCR shennanigans yet. I've saved the comm entry as a treat after I've finished with the rest of my flist :-)
Don't mention hoovering, I've got to do both that AND a lot of dusting tomorrow. I'm NOT looking forward to it :-(
Good luck with your writing.

Date: 2010-09-08 04:19 pm (UTC)I'm enjoying the shenanigans so much! I love reading all the theories and while I do suck at puzzles I'm convinced that Doctor Death Defying is Gerard.
I have done my hoovering! Sadly I have to do it a lot with all the animals running around.
I haven't written a word. I'm such a slacker.

Date: 2010-09-08 05:14 pm (UTC)But see, I've had a knock to my confidence as Alicia is following DrDeathDefying but no one else from that group.
They are playing with my mind!

Date: 2010-09-09 01:58 am (UTC)I wish Corey well for the upcoming school year. Lunchtime freedom sounds nice indeed! Regardless of actual food quality.

Date: 2010-09-09 08:13 am (UTC)Corey's loving the lunchtime freedom, even if all they do is wander to the shops get a pastie and wander back.

Date: 2010-09-08 11:37 am (UTC)I think DrDeathDefying is Gerard for sure, if we're talking textual clues. However, that means he's got pretty bad insomnia, since that account just tweeted, like, five minutes ago, which puts it at 4:30am LA time. [wry]
Shenanigating all over the damn place. I love it!

Date: 2010-09-08 11:47 am (UTC)I can see him having insomnia. Probably sitting there watching online and rubbing his hands going, mwhahahahahahahaha.
So do I!

Date: 2010-09-08 03:25 pm (UTC)Gerard would have an excellent muahahaha! most definitely. Probably wakes up Lindsey with his glee. She'll be all grumpy and sleep-deprived in the mornings while he's babbling on smugly about how twitter is just going INSANE due to his last post, and think private dark thoughts about putting all the coffee down the garbage disposal.
And then he'll stop mid-gloat to coo at Bandit and admire her coloring, and help her roll her favorite fire truck toy around on the table, and she'll decide to wait on the coffee-disposal. At least until after lunch.

Date: 2010-09-08 05:37 pm (UTC)Ahahahaha. I love that thought. Between that and his glee at doing whatever he planned with all that Mikey art
his wanking room he must be stuffed full of plans right now.no subject
Date: 2010-09-08 05:47 pm (UTC)God, I don't know what he's planning with all those pics of Mikey and I don't want to know. Unless he was planning some sort of blowout for Mikeys--30th? birthday, is that this year? But he wanted them when they went on tour, so who knows. Maybe that was just so the mailroom at WB didn't have to deal with a metric ton of fanart.

Date: 2010-09-08 05:51 pm (UTC)I tell you, the meaning of life is contained in that static *g*
Yep, it's Mikey's 30th. I want him to use the pictures to create a huge mural like thing of Mikey's face. That would be fun.

Date: 2010-09-08 05:56 pm (UTC)sexdeathMikeybot! With a giant gun. [coughs]See, I think Gee and Mikey are going back to their Ray Gun Jones roots, maybe with a little Tank Girl or Mad Max thrown in. Post-apocalyptic desert wastelands ftw!
That static scares me. It's like the abyss looking back. [grins]

Date: 2010-09-08 11:46 am (UTC)I thought Newsagogo was Gerard and Agentcherricola was Frank.
. I must say they are a bit small yet to do all of the heavy lifting and chores I need done, but I'm pretty sure in time they will end up paying for themselves, plus they are so goddamned cute it's sickening.
hearts.in my eyes. FRANK!
he is going to be the best dad ever.

Date: 2010-09-08 11:50 am (UTC)They are the most ridiculous and frustrating and I love them.
Frank is going to be an amazing dad! His whole blog post gave me glee.

Date: 2010-09-08 04:33 pm (UTC)But no, I can't decide which is which on the brothers for sure, though.
I still want to know who the drummer would be. I don't want them to do a "temporary" drummer thing.
So, given that they've described the music as "drive too fast music up loud" I'm guessing/hoping that it hasn't gotten too mellow.

Date: 2010-09-08 05:55 pm (UTC)Yeah, it's the drumming situation that's causing the frustration more than anything. A temporary drumming situation would suck hard core.
I hope it hasn't got too mellow. I like the kind of music that needs to be loud. I do my best cleaning to TBP.
