turpsI've spent today writing more Dust verse fic. I blame teigh_corvus for this. See, she wrote this excellent piece with Ray and suddenly I wanted to talk more about Mikey and Gerard, so I did, and then T had ideas and I was rewriting so they fit with my part and it was a lot of fun. I've said this elsewhere but this is what I love most about the MCR shenanigans, the fact that an actual verse has been created based on their clues is incredibly cool. The creativity of the fans, both in terms of fic and pulling together of theories is amazing.

romanticalgirl has posted two stories for the Pete/Mikey happyfic challenge.
Bridges Burning Bright which is MCR shananigans based and all kinds of awesome, and Survival Techniques which is set just after Paramour and the dialogue is amazing.
Now I'm cold and tired so will leave you with a picture of my sister's
She's called Aboo, and means between Kay's house and mine we now have 7 cats. We're well on the way to being a crazy cat family.

We're taking something they're doing and by creating stories out of it we're making it ours in a way that the speculations, much fun as they are, just can't be. And when all the band LARPing and speculations is just a memory the stories will still remain.

To be honest, I got a little pissed off when it turned into a "fuck grammar, fuck school" wave of RTs on Twitter. Fanworks at least use correct spelling *g*
