My mornings have been starting in a great way lately.

I've just read mcr_unofficial, specifically this post and now I'm wide awake. Obnoxiously catchy, I like the sound of that. Though I have to admit on first glance I thought Mikey was wearing a pinafore dress.







Now I need that picture in hq, like now.

Also, a request for you guys. I have some great betas on my flist, but sadly I'm not one of them. krisipanics is looking for a bandom beta and I offered to ask on my flist for her. So if anyone could help could you let her know? Thank you ♥

Synthpop? Like the Cobras??? Oh dear, it really sounds like you were right about that Mikey-Gabe bodyswap thing. And then Gabe used his ~wiles on Gerard and convinced him doing the record this way would be a splendid idea!

If I can't get a hq of that pic I at least need a REAL pic and not something all blurry like this. I can't even decide if I believe it's really Frank in the mask.

It's getting more and more likely! Especially as we all know that Gabe is BFF with Pete and who likes cat costumes? Pete. They've obviously drummed this up together!

I'm hoping it's part of a series of pictures. Why else would they be doing arts and crafts in front of naked male dummies?

When Gerard and Gabe swapped bodies! It's why Cobras are being relatively quiet right now as 'Gabe' persuades them that they really want to go in an all black aesthetic clothes wise.

Meanwhile Ray is all confused as he holds up a pair of silver cargo pants he's supposed to wear, Frank poses in his neon yellow jump suit and Mikey threatens to kill someone if they try to get him into pink spandex leggings.

'Gerard' will play keytar! A yellow one. To match his hair.

I am liking the sound of this album. Is their background naked painted nude dudes while Frank is wearing facepaint? a mask? Frank's love to masks is almost as endearing as Gerard's. I thought Mikey was wearing an apron at first but I think it's just his tshirt. My only hesistation is that Ray's fro seems to be drooping rather alarmingly.

If krisipanics is needs a beta I'm free if she'd like. :)

It is naked dudes in the background. I didn't even notice that at first due to looking at the guys. I'm hoping it means this is part of a photo-shoot so we get better pictures. Otherwise it seems really random.

Yeah, I'm sure Mikey's got a Godzilla t-shirt, just with awkwardly places sunbeams. Poor Ray fro, it is a bit droopy.

Yeah, a lot of people believe it's not him and I can see why. Mostly I'm amused that they may have given some random person a mask and told them they're standing in for Frank.

Going from Gerard's hair I'm assuming it was when Frank was busy being with his family but they didn't actually want to state that.

It took me a while to see the naked dudes, too focused on the actual guys, but once I did I had to laugh.

It's Gerard speaking so he could mean anything, and while they have changed their sound over the years I doubt they'd change that radically. Whatever they do I'm excited to hear.
