Despite what I said in the voice post, it's now getting cold. Damn you fickle weather!

We still need to go visit all the relatives in the world though, which really, how is that fair? I want to be inside with hot chocolate not off roaming the roads and coming home to do ironing.

I want one of these. I am the most ridiculous.

I've been uploading more stories to AO3 and got such a lovely comment on Sound Tracking, but again it reminded me that I want to write long again. Off hand the longest thing I've written this year is just under 20k and that's not on, because I enjoy getting my teeth into the long and plotty. I need to stop distracting myself and focus. The Bob/Mikey is 10k right now and will probably double when it's finished, the Pete/Mikey can't be long, but everything else? Plot city, babies! I hope. Until I see the next shiny thing that distracts me.

Honestly, I still don't know what I want to write for the Pete/Mikey happyfic challenge. Maybe I should just indulge myself completely and write curtainfic. Them going to the pet store, and grilling in the garden, and sharing a bowl of popcorn while watching bad movies. It's either that or killjoys fic or a story based completely on them sucking caramel and chocolate off each other's fingers. I don't know. Anyway, as a reward for reading my rambles, a picture I've been loving loads. I've had it up in a tab for over two days now. Hi Way brothers, I think you're all kinds of awesome, as is imsinkingfast for doing the caps.

Sound Tracking is a fabulous story and deserve all the nice comments in the world! Which reminds me, if you want to write long, what about that Bob/Gerard centric sequel to Sound Tracking I would love to read one day?

Well it did apart from nanna freaking me out. My uncle has been ill for a while, losing weight for no reason. And nanna was telling us how he'd been rushed into hospital, and how my aunt who never cried was crying and nanna was upset and my cousin sent home from work and I was all, omg, she's going to tell us he's dying or something. It ended up he has an infection in his colon and is on IV antibiotics but should be fine and I just thought, why didn't you say that first!?

For this I agree with the ridiculous, but still. *wants*

I'm still planning that for BBB next year :)

your demand of More Words is 0.0ing to me. the longest thing i ever wrote was 22k, and that was an impossibility, never to be matched again. i mean, i'll read the shit out of whatever you write, (still need to read the waycest, i promise i'm going to read and comment, i'm just saving it as a reward for doing scary rl shit tomorrow) it really doesn't need to be one million k.

also keep in mind that you have tables to fill, and tables practically demand shorter fic. *knows, as she has 6 tables*

i haven't looked at one of the prompts at all. the other is FUCKING RIDICULOUS. IT HAS CAVEMEN, AND CULTS, AND ASYLUMS. LIKE, I DON'T EVEN KNOW ANYMORE.

I've never worn a bandana either and yet I want one now! And yeah, it has to be Mikey's. I'm thinking his is the one with the clown smile, due to his helmet having the smile on it. Yeah, MCR, we know you're having a laugh about fandom saying Mikey never smiles. We get it.

Oh I know stories don't have to be long, it's more a personal thing. For the longest time I was convinced I didn't have it in me to write something long. Then I wrote something that was over 40k, and then over 70k, and then 50k plus again. So it feels like I've gone back a step. Which I know is stupid.

Ridiculous is good!
