I was so tired yesterday, I was in bed by 11, and I haven't done that for years. I was actually wanting to go at 9 but man, that was far too early. As it was I ended up falling asleep on the couch. I'm still tired today, I don't feel ill or anything, just feel like someone's drained all my energy.

I was sitting ready to answer comments and mails, but obviously they didn't get done. Linda, I've your mail, which is one good thing. Josh, so great to see you here, maybe we can actually talk now. Jenny, did you get my mail? Mouse, ditto? I hate having to do this but I'm paranoid that they don't get to where they're going now.

A few days ago I posted about some people putting their christmas lights up. Well yesterday I went food shopping and they had their chocolate advent calenders out! And all the christmas toys, sweets, cards etc. It's insane I tell you!

Oh but good news! I'm getting a new computer on Monday! Much more memory and a better processor than Blue2. It also has a DVD burner and plasma screen so that's excellent news. I'm sad thinking about Blue2 going. He's my life, full of smut, pictures, vids all my cyber life really. All of the MX archive is on there, and my site, and Sentinel Thursday. He's going to Kayleigh for her birthday present, which means I have the weekend to de slash him. A long difficult job considering all that's on there.

But for now, I'm off to tackle a build up of comments.

Uh which mail? If you're talking about 'So Tired' yeah I got it. If you're talking about the 'third part' that should be coming, no, sorry.

Well I'm okay then, as related to the 'so tired' thing I was so tired that the third part wasn't done. It seems your mail service is the only one that wants to work for me *g*

Thanks for letting me know.

Well, from a very selfish point of view, I'm glad at least *my* mail service is working with yours *g* Hey, I don't remember, did you get Linda's mail via mine?

And you're welcome, of course. You know how seriously I take mail matters *g*

do you have any idea what the new computer's name is going to be?

Not yet, I think I'll have to wait until he's sat on the desk, see what he looks like you know? Because some things you just have to see before you can name.

However, I am thinking maybe the colour theme could be continued. So maybe Silver *g*

yeah, it's like picking a baby's name - sometimes when you pick the name before you see him/her, it doesn't fit... and they say we have strange relationships with our computer? never!

Strange relationship with our computers? *hugs Blue2 tight*

It's true though. I'm wiping Blue2 at the moment and feeling sorta sad. He's been through so much with me, and now he's going :(

At least I can visit him at Kayleigh's.

lol It's good to be here!

And I totally understand your email paranoia, such a shame it's come to that, but what do you do? Move on and get over it, eventually look back and find it funny, yadda yadda yadda.

Heh. As far as Christmas goes, I worked for Toys R Us for 9 years, so I'm obviously both certifiably insane and quite used to the deranged time schedule of retail. I'm at Home Depot now, & we've had our artificial Christmas trees & plastic lawn ornament thingies up for a week or two now... *sigh* It brings on flashbacks, I tell ya...

And I'm so glad to see you. I've felt like an evil bitch who kept yanking you around as I went from one e-mail addy to another. My friends were becoming pissed off, never mind people I'd just met. ((((Josh)))) that's a hug for messing you about.

I really hope so. I'd love to think months from now I'll be sitting thinking, remember that summer when my e-mail went nuts and I nearly lost all my friends *g*

Working at Toys R US, yikes, I think you must be insane ;) But you can keep me amused with stories about plastic Christmas trees for the next few months ;)

Heh.

There was a whole silly bit where the Night Crew (I work 2nd shift, off at midnight, they start at 9 or 10) was trying to set up one of those ridiculous inflatable nylon-fabric characters, where the fan running in the bottom keeps them upright/inflated? Well this one is a big red Santa obviously, to be set up in the midst of all the stupid plastic trees... And the NCrew guys are looking at the display, trying to figure out how to get power to it. The challenge is that half the lights turn off at night, so they didn't know whether or not the outlets there were live or not, or live during business hours, or whatever... ..and as they figure out the problem might be the employee lightnig, the NCrew Dept. Head walks by and says "Oh, no; Santa needs Power ALLL the time..."
Just the way he said it, cracked me up, he sounded like the SNL Church Lady trying to link "Santa" and "Satan"... I just proceeded directly to a giggling fit... ..I think that moment was another flashback, lol...

Got it!

Yep, I got your email, just haven't had the chance to reply. There's a bit of a bug in the house, so I've been out of it. Will try to answer tonight or tomorrow! :)
