turpsWhile shopping this morning James managed to go flying in the local Co Op. That led to a trip to hospital by ambulance and a diagnosis of a chipped elbow bone and bruised ribs, neither of which can be really treated. So we could leave the hospital, but then James had to go to work as he can't take any more sick leave. He's due home soon, and I'd imagine an early night, hot water bottles and pain killers will be happening.
Once I got home and whined on twitter a bit I helped Corey change his room again. The last of the soft toys have been relegated to the spare room and his old beano comics put out for recycling. He did give me his old starfish rattle to keep though, the first toy he was ever bought.
Fannishly I'm very happy that bandom big bang is running again, and am being cautiously optimistic that this is the year that I actually submit a story. Also, Mikey had a short interview with Kerrang radio yesterday, where he almost made me fall off my chair with his admission that he's a bit of a geek. It doesn't say that much that's new, but I've posted a Youtube embed over here if anyone is interested.
Finally, continuing the puppy play theme from my last post,northern wrote it! And if Bob/Mikey isn't your speed, there's some very hot waycest puppy play comments in my last LJ post.

Date: 2011-01-27 10:07 pm (UTC)It was that arm he landed on yesterday, which was another concern, but luckily, as painful as it is, his chest seems to have taken most of the impact.
It was sad seeing them go. I think we'll donate most of them soon, they're in excellent condition and someone will love them again.
