turpsI was comment chatting about Mikey's hat, and started to look at my picture files, and well....
I'm not a hat expert and I don't play one on TV either, so excuse the very random and loose categories.
The basic black hat
Look away from his legs. I know it's hard, but you can do it. Is that a black hat I see?
Yes. Yes it is!
It's a classic for a reason. I could have included hundreds of pictures of Mikey wearing this. But I was good and didn't.
The French Pirate/black hat combo. A combo of win I'm sure you'll agree.
Except when it's the black hat with attached Frank option, which is made of even more win!
He's in a CAGE! No more commentary needed.
I may not survive this. Damn.

The bigger black hat
This is like the black hat, but is made of a different material, also, bigger. By design or accident, who knows?
I'm not actually sure if this goes here or further up in the smaller black hat or the black hat with logo category. Who cares? Look at his hair curling on his neck!
This black hat comes complete with Alicia and pulled up hoodie. A++++ combination, would perve over again.
I'll just sit and stare a while if that's okay?

This one isn't knitted, but doesn't seem to have a brim. It does have a surface for Bob to play with a teddy though, and really, that's all that matters.

Good for when you want to look your best posing with your brother.
It compliments the rose so well.
Sometimes the weight of a black hat doubles Mikey over. But it's okay, Bob's there to show how hat wearing is done.
I suspect a lot of hat wearing was due to needing to hide tying on his glasses.

The Baseball Cap
This photoshoot terrifies me. I get the theme, I really do, but each time I see it I just go, why? WHY!?
This was a popular choice back in the day. A baseball cap of huge proportions, or else Mikey's just got a small head.
You can really only see the brim of this one. But really, if I'm honest I only included it because he looks so pretty.
Oh, Mikeyway. I don't even know any more.
A gift grab is the perfect place to try on a new hat.
If you don't smile at this you have no soul!

I like this hat. Even stick thin with a hunch he looks good in it.
Farmer's tan? Check. Delightful small smile? Check. Frank's hand on Mikey's stomach? Check. Terri ded on the floor? Check.

I think he should revisit this hat.

I love this hat! Love it so much.
It's a hat with cat eyes. How can you not love it?

And now we get some colour. But really, what I most see here is how clean and soft his hair seems.

While the rest of the band posed, Mikey slept.
I have no idea what that is. I'm sure someone will know, though.

Only worn for this photoshoot, which is a shame.
The aviator style hat
Looking at this I realised this is actually different to the furry hat that prompted this spam. This means he's got many versions of that hat. Or else, they hat share. I think I like that theory best.
I bet it's warm though.
For the longest time I thought that was a hood.
I want to ruffle his fur.

The fur hats baffle me. I mean, yes, it was cold in the UK when he wore the first one, but I refuse to believe it's that cold in Japan. But I'm very glad that he does have a selection of fur hats. It just adds to his Mikey'ness :D
