turpsToday I've done little more than go to Asda to pick up a few groceries and gone to vote, where we had all of two candidates to choose from.
Now I've just had tea and Corey's asleep on the couch with a cat asleep on his belly, while Tinker is asleep on the computer tower and Freesia asleep on her cushion next to me. Now Pansy just needs to appear and go to sleep and there'll be a full set.
At some point soon I need to read through my BBB again as I need to get it pretty much done before heading off to Camp Sparkle. Scratch that, it has to be done, I go away on the 20th for a week and the final version needs to be handed in on the 27th. Which is the day James and Corey are going away to France, so while I will be home early in the day I doubt I'll be in any state to be doing editing. Which reminds me, I was playing a hidden object game with James and one of the things we were looking for was a lava lamp, and he told me that the reason I couldn't see it was because it wasn't shoved up someone's arse. Oh Lava Lamp story, you bring such joy and unexpected moments to my life.
Then again, final drafts suggests that it doesn't have to be the final polished version and posting doesn't actually start until the 6th of June. So if I expand what needs to be expanded before going away, then polish later that hopefully should be okay. When I see it I image it's been flipped on the side and he's actually lying on the floor with someone straddling him, and pulling down the neck of his t-shirt, and he's all too aware of being watched but doesn't give a damn.

Yeah, I thought it was a crop too. That's what's frustrating about tumblr. Pictures like that turn up but it's almost impossible to find the source.

C looks up from his sketch book and asks “A vanity? Are you sure? We’re not really the kind of guys that would own something called a vanity, A.”
D snickers. He knows damn well what a vanity is, but wants to see how A’s going to handle that. “The cupboard where the sink goes, C. And that’s not the point. The point is, I get that you guys don’t clean, you’re perfectly happy living in your own squalor. Which normally I’m fine with. But it would be really super awesome if you could not let things get covered in mold. We’re not high schoolers, we don’t own petri dishes, and we don’t need to reenact the nineteenth century.”
D smirks and stands as B gets off and skitters to poke at the spotted plastic. “I’ll be your Napoleon.”
It takes A a minute to snap out of the mental image -role playing is obviously something D’s going to have to look into- and reply with “that’s not fair! You can’t just turn every complaint I have into sex!”
D disagrees, but C says it for him. “I bet the next five concerns you have, D can turn into an orgasm. We should mark them on the calender.”
“If you mean the calender from two thousand seven, I tossed it!”
“I’ll toss anything you want.”
“That’s one.”
“That didn’t count! That was just a line, he didn’t get me off.” A flushes after he says it, realising he’s made a mistake, but it’s too late. It’s clearly a challenge, and D doesn’t back down from sex related challenges.

Jon the passive-aggressive roommate will be such a glorious little side character. You can have little inserts of him becoming increasingly annoyed with Ryan and his messy, bathroom hogging ways, in between all the sparkly collar buying, etc \o/
Oh man, I feel Jon's pain! I once got so pissed off with a housemate's inability to do the washing up that I gathered all of his dirty plates, etc, put them in a washing up bowl, and let it in the middle of his bed. Um, /o\
