turpsPete has really been making me happy lately. Keep tweeting stuff like this forever, Pete. I'll love you for it. Also, if you'd like to provide more evidence of this friendship with a picture or two that would be awesome. If Cobras and BC did tour together I'm sure Mikey would love to come visit, maybe play a song or two. It could happen! Do not crush my dreams.
It's been a busy day today. A funeral early on and then dinner at the beach, grocery shopping, to the garden centre and then home to re-pot courgettes and tomatoes. It started to rain while I was doing so and it wasn't worth stopping at that point, so I ended up covered in mud and soaked, but everything is done and looking good. Plus, man did it make the shower after feel good.
James is on nightshift tonight so my only plans are to read, because I haven't managed to even look at a BBB yet and that's just wrong. It's also a good plan as I don't think I have the energy to move right now.
Selecting a picture for MWD earlier I was reminded just how much I love
Mikey in those silver pants never gets old, plus, there needs to be a biker AU written already. One where they have their own garage, and
I'm telling you, biker AU. With silver pants.

But failing that, a joint BC/Cobra tour. Hell yeah!

I WISH I KNEW MORE ABOUT BIKES.
Our days sound relatively similar. Although for me, gardening was yesterday (and I ended up dirty, but not muddy), and I skipped out on a funeral today because I can't deal with death on the best of days. But awwww, Pete :)

Sadly I know nothing about bikes either. They would be the most inept bikers ever, standing at the side of the road and kicking at a tire if something went wrong, while I hand waved as to just what.
Pete is adorable. I don't blame you for skipping the funeral. It was James' friend who died so I had no emotional ties, but they're still sad occasions.

It was my dad's friend who died; he was something of a grandfather to me, and his death was really sudden, but I'm coping by not coping, I guess?

Ahahaha, re-potting cigarettes would be confusing for sure.
Gerard the failiest biker would be amazing. Ray and Frank would be rocking the tough biker look, and Gerard would be trying too, and they'd just shake their heads when he stands with his hand on his hip, and then give up completely when Mikey walks out in his shiny, silver pants.
And now I'm going to finally read your BBB. Which I'm very pleased to hear has been getting good comments :)
