turpsWe took the in laws shopping today and on the way back had dinner -- tuna jacket potato om nom nom -- at the beach front cafe. While they were finishing I went for a quick walk, and had a plodge in the sea, following the curve of the shore a little bit before heading back to where they were waiting. It was an excellent way to spend time, though it's added to the existing sun rash so now I have extra spots.
Last night I was in bed and asleep before 10 and still wasn't ready to get up at 6. Corey is at London this weekend and James on nightshift and I swear if anyone wakes me up early I'll end them. Or you know, be passive aggressive on twitter, my journal and email while shaking my fist at the skies.
So, yesterday I was talking about how hot Ray looks lately, and then today I was looking at this picture.
And while replying to a comment byteigh_corvus I mentioned how I wanted Ray/Mikey still. Hell, I'll just copy paste what I said because it still stands.
I want Ray/Mikey so badly. You know I'm about the size kink and I know I've told you this before but I really want fic where Ray dominates Mikey completely, using his extra weight and size to take total control. Not in a bad way, but in a way that Mikey could easily break it if needed, but he doesn't want to. Just wants to give up all control to Ray. Just, held down and fucked hard and when they're done Mikey's left with stubble rash, sated and also slightly dazed.
Why doesn't that exist right now? The universe needs to come through for me and T and give us that fic.
Something else that makes me happy? Checking tumblr I saw a link to a youtube vid with an adorable Way bros fistbump, and already there's a gif for that.

13 -- Do you prefer canon or fanon when you write? Has writing fanfic for a fandom changed the way you see some or even all of the original source material?
I prefer canon, though of course some fanon creeps in at times, but I do always try to stick to what is actually canon, but adapt those facts as needed. I always remember a long time ago I read a comment on a story by someone who was saying how refreshing it was that an AU was completely different to the usual ones, and how most AUs tend to have the same elements, which I didn't get then and still don't now. I love writing AUs, but I still shape them around basic canon facts as much as I can.
Saying that, I'm not sure I'm actually reading the question right and if it means do I prefer writing canon or AU, it's AU, but the above still applies.
