I've decided that today is going to be a pj day. James is sleeping, Corey isn't due back until later so I'm going to get the few things done that need doing and then potter around while playing online. Also, get some writing done. I'm just not sure what yet. Looking through my google docs the other day I found something I'd started for the killjoys kink meme and it could easily be made into a fill for h/c bingo so that's a possibility.

I don't know, there'll be something, maybe involving these two



Gah, every time I go to the animated gif page at MWDs photobucket I need to stop and stare a while. So much moving Mikey.




And then later I can read, because I have so many big bangs still waiting for me.

18) Where do you get the most inspiration for your fics (aka "bunnies") from?

It depends, sometimes talking to people about the stories I want to read, pictures prompting ideas, just talks in general. For example, Tints verse started after a conversation at Camp Sparkle. We were discussing a popslash gardening firm and KC said they could be called Manscaping and it just grew from there, with that initial seed of an idea growing and changing into something really different.

I also write for people a lot of time, and base stories off what they like. But mostly it comes down to what ifs. What if in that picture they were really hookers. What if Bob was a space pilot. I have so many what ifs in my head. Then a lot of the time I'll tell those what ifs to my friends, and as they're all enablers, stories will grow.

I'm working on another kiss meme fill (Jamia/Gerard), and now that I've gotten my feet wet, I'd like to write something longer (probably Frank/Gerard centric, possibly set in the Killjoys universe), but all my ideas are pretty embryonic.

So, did you spend all the day in your PJs? I've visited my aunt and spent most of my day outdoors in the sun so I'm feeling kind of drained tonight. Fresh air and sunshine are exhausting!

I don't remember that gardening discussion at all. I do remember when we were talking about what kind of furniture everyone would be though. I think Mikey was a very spindly table, wasn't he?

PJ days rule!

I'm wrapping up my dS/C6D big bang (which is more due South/Bandom, but whatever). In between, I'm adding words to the fic *you* know about as well as some H/C Bingo fills (or, like I have labeled in my 'puter: Seekrit!Fic 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. They're surprises for some peeeps.)

IIRC, Gerard was kinda swaying in picture no. 3. Like, swaying all sexy-like while giving this "oh, yeah" smile to Pedicone. IDEK.

Photo no. 6 is when I really, seriously, lost it. Something about seeing Gerard on his knees all open/receptive to the fans' energy as well as James' playing the intro to DESTROYA. It gives me shivers every single time I've seen it.

Not that I have, you know, watched the iTunes gig a lot. *shifty*

No lie, I just flailed at that Rocky Horror story and them dressing up. Who are they dressing as? Can you tell me or is it a secret?

Well, I'm working on my wave 2 which is Frank/Mikey roomies era where Mikey's gone on a big sexual journey of discovery and is driving Frank mad by telling all the details. The last two scenes have been focused on him being spanked and sometimes I read and just think, what the hell are you writing?

There's also that potential h/c bingo prompt I mentioned, which is also Frank/Mikey in pink jeep verse, Frank rescuing Mikey after he'd been captured and drugged.

Then there's the horribly overdue sex slaves in cages sequel and I'm thinking of writing a waycest kiss ficlet.

So I'm sort of like you at the moment, so much to write but concentrating on nothing.

I'm back from the trip and am slowly catching up with the offline and online world, though I believe this may take me longer than a day or two. What happened with Brendon and naked times on stage for example? Not to mention catching up with all the bbb (not that I am not also looking forward to that :-D ).

And the to-do list is sort of longer than my arm already :-P (Something about having to find a job during the next month, too. Oops.)

Also finding out how to arrange myself with my mum again now that I am moving back in for a few months after not having lived here for four years will be interesting I am sure.

I'm working on my first MCR fic. It's Frank/Gerard. I've written slash fanfic for years, but never in this fandom and never RPF. So this is me metaphorically jumping out of my comfort zone and into shark infested waters! lol. I know how critical this fandom can be! Anywho, I have 3 prereaders who all say it's great so far. I'm about 30,000 words in and still have quite a ways to go, but I'm hoping that I'm about half done. I hope to be done and posting it in a month or so, that's my plan anyway.

I've recently found inspiration for the completely ridiculous highschool fic I outlined last summer. Which is really just pining!Gerard/nerdyhotass!Frank, promiscuous!Pete/exasperated!Patrick, Gentelmanly!Ray/Clueless!Mikey, obsessed!Ryan/sorryI'mactuallystraight!Brendon, obsessed!Ryan/SorryIthinkI'mtaken!Mikey, obsessed!Ryan/sureI'llsleepwithyou!Pete and finally stupid!Ryan/protective!Spencer with guest appearances by drum major Bob, lesbian theatre friends Alicia and Lynz, stoner Jon, art teacher Bert and Andy the environmental science teacher.

Poor Ryan, he's such a freshman, falling in love with all his upperclassmen friends.

It will probably never be finished though. Ii'm going to work on it for the rest of the summer but there's no way I'll have time to write with my classes this year.

I'm jealous of your jammies day - I was at work, on my feet, all day. /o\/o\/o\ Thankfully, I have tomorrow off. I'm not leaving the damn house; it's my only my third day off since last Saturday, and the first where I don't have to go out and do anything! \o/

I was out all day, so I missed the stream, and obviously I've missed it on BB3 :( (I'd say I'll wait for the repeat, but I swear, BBC3 repeat everything else they ever show, but never anything with My Chem. It's as if they don't like them or something). Just have to hunt through the comm and see if someone ripped the sstream.

Thanks for the pictures though! :DDD Especially the Ray ones - I need to stock up my stash before my next picspam.

A.I'm planning on trying to work on Gala's birthday present(s)*lifts up a massive suitcase with the words topsecret etched across the surface and tries to open it...stupid thing is touchy. B.Zombie bang is at 1.6k and Red Riding Hood is cornered by two zombie wolves. C.Dark fic is past 10k and acting like it owns the world in the way that means it keeps poking me for attention and then backing off. D.The new fic I started yesterday that's futuristic/scifi noir with P.I. Frank, Secretary Brendon, robot rights activist Gerard, and robot Mikey(it's already past 1.2k). And OHH F.Write more of wave two bbb CO-FIC with Gala. With also a dash of G.Which is me wanting to badly either draw sharks or zombie penguins.
