turpsI submitted my BBB in the early hours of this morning. It's got three placeholder scenes and the worst ending ever. Seriously, if it gets picked for a mix I feel like I should be apologising to that person because they're going to get to the end and go, the fuck? But after churning out over 5k yesterday I hit a spot where I was done. I didn't want to look at it, think about it, anything. So slapped on a last line and said, that's it.
Thankfully for any readers there's time to actually expand that ending, because how it stands now I wouldn't want anyone to see it.
While I was writing the first pictures from Comic Con started to show up, and I was delighted to see that Mikey was wearing his Governess!Mikey hat of ugly awesomeness.
Then this one turned up this morning.
Corey's painting his bedroom today. He's having it white with a black feature wall so is up there banging around. I keep going up and helping move furniture when needed but mostly he's going solo. How James hasn't woke up I don't know, what with the shifting things around and the chaos of trying to herd cats out of the room.
While he's doing that I intend to chill by myself, and hopefully catch up online. Which so far has meant me watching the last three episodes of Leverage. A good use of my time I'd say.

Also, I don't have an ACTUAL ending scene, like the very end, and instead wrote smth like "ending scenes are hard!" there. Like, the plot was already done with, but man. /o\ Thing is, sometimes I write a scene and then realise that I've actually written the last scene and THEN my brain thinks that I am DONE with the story, even though I have tons of other scenes to write. ... Whoa, rambling.

Room painting sounds like a lot of fun but also a lot of work. Doesn't it get paint-fumy?

Man, I really want to go one of these years. Thanks for posting the pics. Lyn-Z is a hot ass, as per usual and DAMN MIKEYWAY. The governess hat cannot disguise your blazing hot buff self. [Seriously - when did he get *that* buff? I mean, yes, he's been spreading the hotassery around for some time, but the shoulder/chest/arms sitch in those pictures is a little unreal.]

Ahaha... I can understand how you might think that was a concidence, considering that this is the VERY FIRST time I've finished a challenge story. But no, that's definitely me. :D

It does get paint fumey, but it's done now and the house is airing out. Hopefully the smell will be gone by tomorrow.

Three weeks! I can do three weeks. If it was much longer, I think my brain would explode.
The bandom element is only a small part of why I want to go too.
