monkey_pie is a very lovely gen story where Frank is being taken care of by his band, and I enjoyed every word.
I do love gen fic a lot and think it's a shame not more is written. More gen fic always! Also, more GSF always! That way I get the best of both worlds.
I was delighted to see Gerard blogging again, and so randomly too, like it hasn't been ages since he last posted. Between that, Frank's tweets about the twins and Indiana Jones and Ray's twitter spree the other day I've been a very happy fan, though that would be increased to ecstatic if Mikey would get his ass back on twitter/blogging. Hear that MWay, I miss your MWSOTD and random tweets. Talking of random, one of my favourites of Mikey's remains one of his very first blog posts where he talked about having no heating and Gerard laughed at him on twitter.
Anyone else got any favourites? The cereal conversation? Bob's epic cross country journey? Ray and his tech tweets of rage and awesome?
But yeah, Geezy, with Wheeie and Beezy it makes me wonder what other nicknames the Ways have for each other. I bet they're many and varied.
Mini nano is still a success and on-going, even though last week some days I barely scraped the word count. It feels strange not talking about what I'm writing but one's secret and the other for someone so I don't want spoilers. I guess I could talk about the h/c bingo killjoys ficlet I keep adding words to, but that's been written horribly slowly. Mainly because in it Mikey's been given a drug that's made him forget everyone and every time I think of him not remembering Gerard I end up D: and have to stop writing.
I'm off to write more words and then peel the potatoes for tea, but before that. I just saw this on tumblr and it made me grin, so

I'm waiting for a new MWSOTD too.

I don't talk about specifics when it comes to yet-to-be-posted fics. Even less around these times when half of the fics I'm working on are, you know, surprises and the like.
Finally, yeah, Mikeyway is on the verge of exploding with WOOOOOOOOOOOO! in that photo. That tiny!sideways smile says it all. Hee!

Personally I'm holding out hope for him to go see Black Cards and get pictured doing so. That would be amazing.
Yeah, challenge times keep me closed-mouthed too, so I go babble on to my friends instead. But it's weird when mostly I'll be saying what pairing I'm writing at least.

Well, the plot has spun off from a prompt someone left at the killjoys kink meme, showing how long it's taking me to write it. At this point I'm considering changing the effects because it'll never get done. Or else, more accurately, done in a timely manner because memory loss would need more plot than I'm supposed to be writing in a ficlet.

umm 6.7 on the brbb(in like three days). 4.5 on a part to bootson and I's spy au(umm two-three days?) and 1.5ish so far on stuffsit. But that's kinda in the low range for me(why yes I am bemoaning about 12.7k worth of words as not enough..I AM CRAZY*headdesk*)
YAYYYY MORE WORDS.....WRITE THEM ALL...or okay, half of all the words because I need some to write today also. Time to open gdocs and DO SOMETHING...should I write on stuffsit, a christmas timestamp for Addams family AU, the retired contract killer au, more spy au(it's the last part before the epilogue), or give in and start on the Bill and Ted AU(WHY YES I LOVE RIDIC AUS)

That is an excellent kind of love, and one that I approve of! I'm glad you've been reminded of how much you love them. Fannish boosts like that are the best.
Bob's cross-country trip was amazing, he was a very impressive picture taker. I know it couldn't have continued once they'd gone public for real, but I loved those first few tweets when they did such mundane things as give coffee orders.
