turpsHappy Mother's Day to the Brit mam's out there, I hope you're being thoroughly spoiled.
I was gifted with a lie in the morning, James was at work but left me in bed, which was great except somehow the clock in the bedroom had been knocked forward so he got into work really early and despite thinking I'd had a lie in it was still before 8 when I got downstairs. Still, as I've been in bed at 10 for the last week it's not like I didn't have enough sleep. It's just the principal of the thing.
We've been to mam's to deliver cards and gifts and may be going out for dinner when James comes home.
I've also got an excellent beta back on the Panic shelter story so am all enthused to work on that. More scenes need to be added but thankfully I've a good idea of what they are. Though I feel my issues are showing when a comment about needing more about how he feels about sex, church, being gay and hooking doesn't phase me but being told that yes, the Ryan and Spencer shower scene is needed does.

I bought my ticket late so I'm in the back somewhere behind a pole or something. I figure it won't affect my ears, so I'm okay with it.
The acoustics are great at the Kimmel Center. I've seen other concerts there (Muddy Waters and Los Lobos). It's just a great venue.

Exactly!! It so doesn't count as a lie in if the reason you got enough sleep is because you went to bed unreasonably early last night!

It's not funny! I've been writing part of a threesome sex scene that should be enough to last me all year, but no. Thankfully no actual sex will occur, just mutual hand jobs maybe. First time mutual hand jobs too. So many sighs.

I've just been changing the scene after the outburst and have had R&S leave Brendon alone because he hasn't come around to their way of thinking. Poor guy, all by himself in a deserted building, flashing back to bad memories as the others swan off to eat. *pets him*
I did attempt a lie in, that's true. Still, I want to know how the clock ended up 58 minutes fast, because not on!
