I was checking out the comments to one of Mikey's twit pics about his new geek t-shirt from Ray and I ended up laughing so much when someone asked if in his world he gets presents at Gerard's birthday too. Because you know it's true. Little Mikey, looking so woeful and not understanding when his big brother got gifts, so he's given a little something also, and that just doesn't stop. So when it's Gerard's birthday Mikey just sort of sidles around and them beams when people hand things his way.

Well, it amuses me and at least I didn't post Mikey and Pete's twitter conversation again.

In other news. I was made to watch a documentary about David Hasslehof last night. How I survived I don't know. It was touch and go at times. I was also scarred by a horrific Mikey manip and one of the worst MCR stories I've ever read. Bad times, man.

They are! They have their little in jokes and it gives me glee.

I think they are still Sweet Little Dudes! With their inside jokes and happiness with each other. It gives me glee too. I may bemoan Twitter in other ways, but I will always be thankful that it showed us that Mikey and Pete are tragically ove reach other, but still buds.

It fits in so well with our take of him being the baby of the group. Everyone looking out for him and treating him special. Awwww.

Tentative conversations at the practice space and sharing a cigarette late at night, outside in the dark, sweat drying on the bodies and their hair blown into their eyes as they pass the cigarette between them and they're in that weird head space of being over tired after working all day then practicing for hours and neither are speaking, but it's not uncomfortable at all.

Damn, I had something really interesting and intelligent to say and then I saw your banner and then my mind went blank. *stares some more* Erm.

I cannot reconcile this Frank with the one who's been living in my mind for the past week. You'd think one week is not a long time but apparently it's been enough for my brain to decide that there is, like, One True Frank and no variations are possible. Sad (and shallow) but true. This person with Frank-eyes and Frank-voice and Frank-tattoes must be a shifter, someone call the Winchesters!

Mikey is uncomfortably aware that he's not as good on bass as he should be and Frank is uncomfrotably aware that he forced himself into the band. Mikey thinks Frank is an amazing guitarist and doesn't want to appear like a noob; Frank thinks Mikey is amazing for having helped start this band and doesn't want to appear like a stalker.

Still, despite all that, there's just this connection when they play that carries over into the rest of their interactions. Pretty soon Frank is laughing at the geekiest of Mikey's jokes and Mikey is nodding seriously at the passion that Frank expresses about music.

I take it you've been pimped with Projekt Rev Frank and earlier. I always find the difference between Frank now and then more obvious when he's performing with Leathermouth. I suspect he'll change again when they go on tour.

I was talking with Kimberly not long back because Gerard had commented on how he's not keen of his blond hair do now, and we decided it must be because it didn't give him much to hide behind. No hair at all would be even worse.

But didn't he say he was going to do that before? When they first started with twitter. He seems to have a thing about cutting his hair. Who knows, he may do it one day *g*

It wouldn't suprise me if waking up with all his hair shaved off is one of Gerard's reccurent nighmares and that's why he talks about it so much, it's his way of trying to conquer his fear :-)
