I have a cough and the medicine I have is disgusting. You mix it in water and I'm sure it gets rid of the crud by searing your throat before sending vapours to your lungs so you're stuck gasping for breath while making a face that usually occurs while sucking a lemon, a lemon that's gone bad and is stuffed with tiny crabs that nip your tongue. Bah I say!

I've read all of one BBB story. I am made of fail.

But do you know what's not made of fail? The First Annual Planet Awesome Mikeyway_daily Graphics Challenge results. Each entry we received was awesome, and in the end the result was really close, only fractions of points in some cases. It was an enjoyable and fun challenge to run. We had drop outs, which is inevitable, and the bad poll day will bring chills to my spine for a while, but we got excellent graphics, people voted and for the first challenge for the community I'm saying it's a success.

Now bring on the next challenge! Which we do actually have, except it a for fun -- not really a challenge -- everyone can join in thing.

Nice to hear that the first challenge went well. (The winner was really good!)

That's the Paramour horror fic, yes? I saw that it had just been posted. I've just started reading jjtaylor's story and so far it's been awesome, the Paramour story will have to wait until I'm finished with that.

The medicine is gross, and why it has to be taken in a cup of water I don't know. Well, actually. I bet if you took it neat it would kill you ded. I'll stick with diluting it *g*

The winner was awesome. It pained me I couldn't vote myself. Next time I should create a sock. Just don't tell anyone :D

It is, yeah. I intend to get some solid reading done tonight. James is off work so reading during the day is a wash but he tends to fall asleep on the couch at night.

You'd think so, but he always falls asleep in front of the tv. Sleeping for hours before I go to bed, at which point he follows and watches tv in bed for hours. He's weird.

I've only read one BBB story also. I'm kind of waiting for recs, though, because I never know entirely where to start when there's an avalanche of fic. Well, and I'm also waiting for when I have brain space to devote to someone else's really long stories. (By which time there will most surely be recs, so, that works out nicely! :D)

Well, my cunning plan was to read stories in order of posting but of course that hasn't happened. Part of the problem is I'm writing myself, plus, I read most things so there's nothing I'm looking at and going, no way!

So yeah, I can totally understand you not having the brain space to read long at the moment.

No, you're not. I've read only two so far, not much more. They're long, so it takes some time, obviously. But so awesome :D

And I've read two BBB! Nothing short of a miracle. But I'll definitely be able to read more this week so I'm foreseeing a lot of BB (SPNRPS and Bandom) inhaling in the next coming days. Then hopefully I'll just read them as they come; instead of having to catch up.
