I've been talking favourite footage lately and yesterday I mentioned to hammerhead22 how much I loved the Fuse interviews where MCR talk about various things.

Like this, where they're talking about biggest fears -- also, let me say here, I watched this again this morning and the very end of Mikey's part kills me every time, heart-eyes for sure.

I've got a bunch of these, I love them!! Gerard is so camp, Mikey's answers are just instant classics, and Frank keeps giggling ... what's not to like??

Oh oh, would you maybe also have any of the Black Parade press conference where they talk about...well, all kinds of stuff, probably, but according to the post I read topics include Gerard wanting to be in musicals, things they'd bring to a desert island and (of course) the whole business about Bob getting torched during the FLW music video... (I came to the party way too late -- all of these videos had been removed by the time I ended up in bandom and went looking for interviews and whatnot. D: Woe.)

My theory is that TBP "press conference" was done on a "table" made of black cloth on top of overturned cardboard boxes - listen to the noise it makes each time Gerard puts his hand down a bit too hard!

I always feel bad for Ray, it's like he's being pushed off the table.

OH MAN. I'd never noticed this before, but in the second part of the BP press conference, after Mikey says Bob got asked to be in teen movies and the other guys ignore them completely and Gerard keeps talking, Bob turns to Mikey and mouths "I hate you" and they're both smiling and it's so fucking adorable I had to share it with someone right now. So there.

Between that, the way Bob stares at Mikey and the eyelash bit, I'm totally in a Bob/Mikey place right now. Not necessarily a porny Bob/Mikey place but more of a super stealth bffs one.

Have you noticed Gerard's face when Bob gets the eyelash? His reaction is hilarious.

I got into bandom somewhere around the time of the beginning of the youtube purges, and I would run around primers clicking on links that read things like "awesome Bob moment," or "Gerard is adorable", only to find everything gone. So there is still a lot of stuff I haven't seen. Including the interview you embedded above, which, LOL. I love how Ray and Frank and Bob are all about the tangible things, whereas the Ways - Mikey goes on about childhood fears and then laughs in the face of death, and Gerard is of course all metaphorical. (Although, ironically, this seems determined to invalidate everything I've written for the lizardfic. I mean, I have all these scenes about Bob scaling cliffs, and whoops, he's scared of heights. Whereas Ray, who has this whole plotline about fishing and getting washed away in a storm, well, turns out he can't swim and is afraid of drowning. I did at least know that Frank was afraid of spiders, so he stayed well away from the alien insects, but still.)

I hate when I try to see stuff and it's gone. In popslash I got into the habit of downloading anything I liked, and I just kept doing so in bandom.

I've added more stuff that people have asked for btw. A handful of making ofs and The Black Parade press interview if you're interested.

I think you could get around Bob and his height thing, he does say he can manage eventually, and I sure people would give you a pass about Ray. I mean, getting washed away in a storm. That's all kinds of awesome!

I'm completely in love with the Channel four interview with Gerard and Bob and Frank where Frank is such a little shit to Bob *points to icon* I tried to find it on youtube the other day but didn't have any success, luckily I've got it downloaded already. I also love the thingy they did at the AOL Session in early 2005 where they're given one-answer questions and for "wild night out" or "romantic night in" Gerard answers "wild night in".

Yeah, all Fuse stuff. I just love those interview segments so much. While group interviews are awesome Gerard and Frank tend to speak a huge majority of the time, so it's lovely to hear them all.

So much stuff has been pulled from You Tube, it's very sad. Ahahahaha, Gerard's wild night in. I love that.
