I got into bandom somewhere around the time of the beginning of the youtube purges, and I would run around primers clicking on links that read things like "awesome Bob moment," or "Gerard is adorable", only to find everything gone. So there is still a lot of stuff I haven't seen. Including the interview you embedded above, which, LOL. I love how Ray and Frank and Bob are all about the tangible things, whereas the Ways - Mikey goes on about childhood fears and then laughs in the face of death, and Gerard is of course all metaphorical. (Although, ironically, this seems determined to invalidate everything I've written for the lizardfic. I mean, I have all these scenes about Bob scaling cliffs, and whoops, he's scared of heights. Whereas Ray, who has this whole plotline about fishing and getting washed away in a storm, well, turns out he can't swim and is afraid of drowning. I did at least know that Frank was afraid of spiders, so he stayed well away from the alien insects, but still.)
