Gerard's jacket is a very special thing, in an ugly way.

That would be an awesome fic. There needs to be a morning Cobra meeting where they co-ordinate clothes, make-up, accessories etc.

I certainly appreciated the fact.

Gerard needs to show more skin. The whole band does in fact. If Ray and Frank have stripped off on stage the others can too. Though I suspect it'll be a cold day in hell before that happens.

I saw the Nate and Alex picture and knew you were the person to appreciate it with me! Look at them! Hand snuggling!

I love that picture of the Ways. They are doing their waterfowl impersonations! Mikey's stork is kinda half-assed, but he really had to take that call. Gee's still master of the duck-walk. [I don't know what it is about that particular stance of Gee's, but it *always* makes me think 'duck!']

I require further clarification on this Gee and Bob swap thing. are we talking bodyswap here? Is it a dare gone awry? Did Gee get all jealous of Patrick's time at the kit? Did he get *possessive* over Patrick's time at the kit? Is this the drummer!Gee AU, where he's always been the man on the throne? Terri, we have CHOICES here.

Alex is still my favorite. :) Well, Alex and Vicky-T's bright red toenails. Zounds woman, can you possible be more hot?

Now I'll always think of Gerard doing the duck walk when he does that *g*

When I first saw the picture I thought Mikey had his foot casually behind him, and then looked up, and up, and just thought, whoa.

See, all those things would work! When I initially started discussing the idea I was of the opinion it would be a story where, like in the Muse video, Bob went up front for a song or too. Totally against his will, but having to do so, maybe due to a dare or practical joke. Then llumi brought in body swap, and that was such a delicious thought. Bob suddenly a front man and while he's still Bob inside there's still the essence of Gerard in the body so he finds himself strutting on the stage and feeling himself up and when his mind catches up with his body he's all 'the fuck am I doing?!' And of course, after he leaves the stage he's hit with all the mental issues Gerard deals with, which would be crippling.

Meanwhile Gerard is stuck at the back and enjoying how steady Bob is, because Bob has his issues sure, but there's not that constant hum of want that still pulls at Gerard. So he has the muscle memory to drum, but he's still Gerard in his head and the fans are surprised when 'Bob' suddenly goes crazy and starts prancing around his kit.

Of course the issue is, does the rest of the band know? I'm thinking Mikey would know pretty instantly -- the others very quickly but not such an instant thing as when Mikey looks at Gerard and knows something has changed.

Then when they do know there could be shenanigans, like when Frank convinces Gerard to dye Bob's hair pink.

Alex is adorable! Vicky-T is smokin' hot! It's a very good looking band for sure.
