I didn't mention yesterday, but James won a family pass to see A Christmas Carol on the preview night at a new IMAX cinema that's opening. It really does pay to listen to radio competitions.

My house is all decorated for Christmas, has been for a while in fact. Everything is pretty, I love it. James also bought me an advent calendar. A Hannah Montana one. I'm sure he thinks he's funny.

I still have a cold, am still writing every spare moment I have. I'm not at all interesting at the moment, not that I ever am, but you know.



It's just a shame they're not better quality.














Also, thank you again to everyone that said such lovely things at the fanfic meme. I always worry that no one will reply, but each comment made me beam.

I really don't know where to put it. I can't put it where I did last year, because then my doggie can't get outside through the window. She refuses to use the new window in the extension because she needs to jump over cables and such. And I can't put it in the new extension because of dust and shit that still needs doing. I really don't know :-(

I've been examining the full length picture and it looks like Gerard has much thicker boots, plus Mikey is slouching. But like I said to Turlough, it's weird.

I've never seen those before, they're gorgeous. It's a total shame that the quality is so bad. (But I agree with mahoni, how on earth did the manage to make Gerard look taller than Mikey??!!!)

They're really pretty pictures, that they're so blurry is sad-making.

I've decorated my apartment a bit, but most of my decorations are at my parents' because that's where I'll be spending the holidays.

I do have two advent calendars though. I love being a kid at 24. :D

It really does look like a great movie, and free is good considering IMAX tickets are £15 each, which I think is disgraceful.

I remember your pretty decorations. You're right though, going OTT is pointless if you're going to be away.

Advent calendars are the best! It's not Christmas without them.

Yay for hotcha Way brothers! Also for decorations. I was foiled in my attempt to get a tree last weekend because the place I went to didn't have tabletop-sized ones. But I plan to try again this weekend. Meanwhile I do have my Advent candles and star lantern up, so my place is starting to feel at least a little festive.

It's a shame they're tagged so heavily too. I know others have mentioned it too, but...my mind is kind of blown by how Gerard looks taller than Mikey--possibly for the first time ever. The jackets are also creating some interesting illusions. Mikey looks so wee!

Go you with the decorating. I have not done a single thing yet, which is weird because usually we get it all done the weekend of Thanksgiving. I guess we're just not as motivated this year or something. ;/

Yeah, I agree. They're such lovely pictures and if they were sharper and untagged they'd be stunning. Mikey looks tiny, like he's shrinking inside his jacket. It's very weird because he wore it all the time and never looked like that.

James is on a major Christmas kick this year so he was itching to get decorated as soon as possible. Thankfully while having a teenager in the house makes for much stomping at times they're also handy for hauling stuff, so Corey did all the high stuff *g*
