turpsAnyone who thinks fish are easy to look after are so mistaken. James spends hours messing with water, filters etc, which wouldn't be so bad but it's me hauling buckets of water in and out. But it's done now.
Had to visit the horror that's Ikea today. Saturday at Ikea = bad thing. But we needed shelves and that's the place to get them. We got three silver shelves in the end, which will compliment Silver so well. I'm so sad It means I can arrange all my fannish things round my desk, my Voyager, dolls, pics etc. Now I just have to get them up, me wielding a drill is a scary thing to see *g*. Had to hit Toys R Us after that for a birthday present, it wasn't that busy so we were in and out pretty fast. Loved the LotR stuff, I so want the Gollum that talks and moves his eyes. We got a sword and shield for Matthew in the end, I'll give it a week before he's down here stabbing me with it *g*
I've just been checking my flist, skip 150 since yesterday. Man! I didn't update yesterday ( apart from my drabble I'd done earlier ) because I was in a bad mood and didn't want to drag it onto LJ. I complain a lot here but I can usually shrug a bad mood off. I couldn't do that yesterday and knew I'd either end up being really pathetic or saying things that shouldn't be said.
Tonight I'm going to read the new story by Rhys, I've got it ready in a new window for when I've made something to drink and get any last things done that need done. Already had one call from mam ( she's mopey/pathetic not angry tonight which is one thing) so she shouldn't come down *crosses fingers*
So now, some food and a coffee then let me at the story.
