turpsWhile I'm sure these will be everywhere soon, the Mikey/Gerard photos where they're curled together have always been some of my favourites. So seeing the new individual shots of Mikey and Gerard from that shoot, I had to have them here. source
Seriously, I need video from this shoot. Did the Way bros get told to curl together? Did Gerard get told to pose like that? Did it just happen naturally because they're them?
I know we've seen this one before, but hey, who cares?

Mikey's coat is a thing of wonder. The picture of Gerard is immediately striking, but I love what he's captured in Mikey. He looks like he's about to take flight somehow, caught in the moment of tipping forward and taking off. Which is why he's looking like he does, wondering if he's been seen. And I love how his coat takes over except for his waist, showing how slender he is.
Ahahahaha. That's exactly what he's doing.
Man, I want wingfic now. Surely they could be hidden in that coat.

I, of course, choose to skip over to the 'obviously a shapeshifter, obviously a bird' story. :) I mean, like at him *perching* on his brother. [I'm pretty sure that there's fic about MCR shapeshifting ravens... though, I think it's Frank who shifts. I shall entertain myself with thoughts of shifter!Ways and their wee flocks.]

Date: 2012-07-23 04:18 pm (UTC)I'm not sure what the common thought is but what happens to clothes when shifting? I've seen them both left behind and transforming along with the person.
What I'm struck with now is imagining them shift into birds and emerge from the confines of those coats which then collapse to the ground in a puddle of material.
