Your MiL's GP definitely sounds like an idiot but why, oh why did she wait so long to call him?!

It's so good to hear Corey's doing better again!

You can actually cook oysters! (Why anyone would eat them raw is completely incomprehensible to me!) From what I understand you can use them pretty much like you would mussles or scallops. In soup or stews.

Glad to hear the pre-cooked potatoes worked out!
