Yep, no fatigue or sore arm at all now. In all it lasted a day or so, which was okay to deal with.

It is very daunting. The assessor said the workmen would move everything, which I don't mind with things like the couch or white goods. But no way would I trust them to move my computer or the small things that are delicate.
