The leak sounds frustrating, but I did chuckle at the image of someone *coff* sitting on the toilet and being dripped on. *g*

What a busy day! I'm arrgh'ing at your doctor. The pinched nerve could be from tight muscles (glutes, piriformis) or a spine misalignment. I've read enough that I really hate when weight is the first thing a doctor says.

I hope the antibiotics do the trick for James! But boo for possible muscle pain from the statin, in addition to his joint pain. Did they say it would be temporary while he gets used to it, or new normal?

Yay for finding a table and chairs you could use!
