C&D

A Cease and Desist letter has been issued to Zorrorojo and Robin Serrano ( who run Journel fen and Slash City) by the estate of CS Lewis. On Journel Fen there's a community called Daily Porn, on March 25th a snippet was posted called Mmm...Narnia -- a *very* tame slash snippet btw and it's been found somehow, leading to a C&D letter.

It looks like they may be fighting it, depending on a meeting with their own lawyers. They have my support for this fight, but I must admit I have reservations at how successful it would be. But I wish them luck if they take that step.

The End2 has been done, and is about to be sent to Starwatcher for a final look over. It's a relief to get it done, though I have to admit I'm pretty worried about how it goes across. All I keep thinking is 'I hope people like it as much as the first one'

I'm doing a MX next for Jenny's birthday. So that's a B/J H/C with cuddling, angst and hot sex. Okay. I can do that.

I've just been reading an article in Cult Times about S3 of MX. It's an interview with Victor, and I had to lol. The mag always has little slashy digs that make me lol. In the interview they say about S3.

Sharing a tiny glimpse of things to come in season 3, Webster reveals"We get to see a lot more of what makes Brennan tick in season 3. You'll really get to see that he's not all about the tough guy and that he has many facets and that he really cares about people."

Now this could mean that he discovers that he's madly in love with Jesse and has hot monkey sex with him. But in reality I expect that it means he's going to have a romance with someone, maybe Shalimar. They're filming now, and i just wish that they'd let some spoilers out. I need to know that Adam is coming back because he wasn't on the offical MX press release. The show just wouldn't work without him. I hate this waiting to see what they're doing.

I feel the need for MX gossip now, and can't even mail Jenny about it as she's gone to Moonridge :(
