First and most important. Happy Birthday crownzeal! I hope your day is fantastic and sparkly. *throws confetti and glitter*

Every week Corey watches this thing called Truckatoons. Numbers scroll along the bottom of the tv and if it matches a number on your truckatoons card you win a truck full of toys. There must be millions of those cards in circulation, but he carefully filled his out, and each Sat we sit and watch the numbers because he's convinced he's going to win. He has a card, he filled it in so he has to win. Then every week when he doesn't win he'll either say we must have missed his number last week or it'll be on next week. I love his optimism and will be sad when he eventually loses it. Because when I watch all I think is the chance of him winning is millions to 1 and that cartoon network probably issued very few winning numbers, add in you have to be watching for the number at the right time and that chance falls again. We'll still keep watching though, because there is a chance, and maybe one day that truck will come to our door full of toys, stranger things have happened.

I've been backing my LJ up this morning, because who knows one day I might want to search through the whine fest that is my journal. I like the idea of keeping all my comments and posts, even though some of them are incredibly painful to read. The last few years of my life are in this thing, highs, lows and a lot of boring stuff in between. Mainly it's the comments I want, because you people are incredible in terms of comments and I'd hate to lose that if I ever lost my LJ *shivers at thought*

Now I must pull on my pimping hat. livelikeumeanit has started a challenge. This one is for angry JC stories and details can be found here. You all know you want to write pissed off JC. So go, join, write! Then when you do that come back and join the Soap Opera Cliché Challenge. It's multi fandom *looks at non pop people on her flist* and mostly it's fun. Come on, you know you want to do it. Blair contracting a fatal disease and saved in the end by Jim in an impossible way, Jim having an evil twin who hurts Blair. Blair kidnapped, abused, tied up and used to taunt Jim. Well okay, that's the majority of TS stories anyway, but still. Clichés and you're duty bound to write them! I'm toying with a TS story for it myself but it's so long since I wrote something 'real' for TS that I don't know if I can.

Joining three challenges in two weeks is bad right? Yeah, I thought so.

Lastly I need to wave hi to two new people. ginalin and kennedy_bowman. *waves at you both* They're TS people and that's great because that fandom is under represented on my flist. My fault I know as I tend to scare non popslash people away lately. Feel free to lurk or comment at will, I don't bite unless you want me too ;) Erm, despite posts that don't look it, I am an adult but one with a popslash obsession, so I do sparkle but the TS love is under that sparkle, don't worry about that *g*
