It needs to be noted that as of now I have 33 mails in my in box. This is after a lot of weeding and deleting and I suspect a lot of old LJ comments I planned on replying to may go unanswered due to me deleting the notification. Which I hate, but when the mails got downloaded dupes happened and I had no idea what I'd answered and what I hadn't. Anyway, it feels like I have a clean slate now. It's very freeing. Also, I can see all my emails that need replies, before they tended to get lost in all the huge list of emails, which didn't help my sucktacular bad habit of taking so long to reply at times.

So yes, 33. I feel all kinds of accomplished just now. Especially as I've caught up on the flist too, which is a minor miracle as I seemed to have been running behind for a long time.

A state of SeSa panic seemed to rush through LJ yesterday, while I'm not panicking I've discovered that I find writing when someone else is around really difficult. James isn't wanting to read or anything, it's just, he watches tv or moves around and I get distracted so easily. I'll need to drug him I think *g*

I was wondering about introducing tags at [livejournal.com profile] pop_reference. It'll be a job for the new year, but may be helpful. I know a lot of people on my flist are on the comm, so what do you think?

To end, a meme. I really like the ask you anything about fandom one, but it would be an excuse to think of anything but SeSa again, so have the Wikipedia Band Meme

Go to the Wikipedia home page and click random article. That is your band's name. Click random article again; that is your album name. Click random article 15 more times; those are the tracks on your album.

Band: Aqua ( It wasn't me who sung Barbie Girl, promise! Come on barbie, lets go party.
Album: Sparrow Driver (Is it wrong my mind is going dirty places with that? Like, someone with a tiny dick. I don't know man, it's early)

Now, must get the kidlet, fed and out to school.

ETA: [livejournal.com profile] rikes santa hatted some of my icons, and this one of Chris is amazing. Look at his little scowly face!

Happy birthday to [livejournal.com profile] goneplatinum. I hope you're having a great day!

Corey's team won a game tonight! It made the two hours standing in the cold totally worth it. Now if he could move that winning streak from the school team to the club team, that would be great.

It's been a long day today. James went to see the nerve doctor, and underwent some nasty tests, some of which included sticking needles into his muscles then shocking them, which ouch. It was fascinating watching how the equipment worked, but poor James is hurting right now. The doctor said there was something wrong with the nerves running from his neck, which may be affecting his hand. Which means more tests and hospital visits.

After that it was calling in to grab something to make for tea, posting cards, then watching the rugby tournament. There was only me, James and two other mams there supporting our team. We may have been shamefully loud and enthusiastic. But I really need to remember to wear my trainers when I'm at the games, my feet are so cold!

Other things. First, [livejournal.com profile] rikes is offering sparkly Christmas downloads, complete with discussion on some posts. You should go check out her journal and tell the world how much Justin's fuzzy jumper rocks.

Also, as I left this morning I noticed [livejournal.com profile] vaudeville's had posted All that Stuff's A Sideshow. I've watched this story grow for months now, and I love it; a lot. It's a long, wonderfully written trickyfish fic, and I think you should all go read it and enjoy. Which is exactly what I'll be doing later, a treat for tonight when I've thawed out.
