[livejournal.com profile] stubbleglitter posted her Awesome April Challenge story, and it was posted on time, even if I suck and didn't actually announce it on time. A big fail for me.

It's set in Maggie's Baltimore Homicide Unit universe which gave me so much glee, because that universe is so good. I remember sending feedback saying I loved Chris and Britney being partners and wishing there was more of that in the first story. And now there is!

Go, read, feed.

Oh, and while I've been writing this [livejournal.com profile] lesasoja has posted her story for today. Obviously I haven't read it yet, but this is Lesa, you know it's going to be good. Especially as it's a Lance/Nick, which is a pairing that's sadly lacking I feel.

Decision

You know what to do!

Happiest of birthdays to [livejournal.com profile] themoononastick. I hope today is fantastic for you! I've written you a little something, but it's off being checked for sucktatude, hopefully I'll post it later though.

Yesterday was a fail in getting anything done that actually needed doing. Well, apart from finishing the Panic story. But site stuff was left and emails and a thousand other things. Though I did plant the seeds of Sentinel mpreg when I posted the [livejournal.com profile] sentinel_thurs challenge, that could be classed as a win.

Corey was in and out all day, and on the night it was the Scout's St George's Day service and time just slipped away.

Today James is doing a charity day at work for the Alps trip. He's been getting prizes off local businesses for a raffle and is doing bushtrucker trials where people will pay him to eat nasty things. I tell you, he's not getting a kiss later, there may be little insect legs between his teeth...ick.

I need to download and watch new CSI and SPN. I'm sure I can achieve that at least.

I haven't really known [livejournal.com profile] themoononastick that long, but in that time she's lent me DVDs and written comment porn with me and just, I think she's fab. So I decided to write a little something for her birthday.

It's my first actual Panic story, one that I deliberately planned. So huge thanks go to [livejournal.com profile] crowgirl13 who gave me ideas and was awesome in her reassurances, and [livejournal.com profile] ephemera_pop who cleaned up my words.

As [livejournal.com profile] withdiamonds and [livejournal.com profile] lesasoja agreed to share a day, I have another Awesome April story to announce!

It's by [livejournal.com profile] withdiamonds and as she says. This is a little bit Timbertrick, a little bit Lambs.

Now, I haven't read it yet, but it's by Donna. Quality is guaranteed.

So go, read, and please comment if you enjoy.

No Exit

In non-challenge news. James just phoned to tell me what he's eating for his bush tucker trial. meal worms and wichety ( sp? ) grubs and cat food and other insect-y things that surely shouldn't be near anyone's mouth. Though I did laugh when he told me they were going use crickets until they found out they were poisonous. What can I say? I'm evil like that.
