dine who has been a constant in my online world for a very long time, and does a fabulous job of serving my animal photo needs. And more than that is a fabulous person overall, too. Hope it's a great day.
Yesterday Lucy's sister came on the group chat and announced the place we're going for the high tea after the wedding. It sounds good with safety measures in place. Except she then said I needed to start writing my speech as her mam -- the other witness -- was doing hers this week and just, a speech? Anyone who has ever met me in person will know I'm not a speech person at all, hell, more than a few people and I tend to turn mute.
I could write a speech easily, but saying it? Just thinking about it makes me need a lie-down.
Saying all that though, the wedding is less than a fortnight away so the high tea may be cancelled anyway depending on the announcement tomorrow. I hope not, even if it would get me out of the speech.
