You can tell that it's the run-up to Christmas, as James doesn't have to wear uniform to work until after New Year now. He's also got his fairy lights wrapped around his leg, multicoloured ones this year. Though, he's actually had those on for a few days now, and of course, gets a lot of attention while out and about because of it.

He enjoyed his work meal on Saturday, though said for a high-end hotel and cost, the food wasn't that great. Plus, they were on a floor with no toilets, the men, and women's the next floor up, and the disabled ones, two floors up, which wasn't the best.

While he was there, I hung with the cats and watched Strictly. And to be honest, it was probably best I did on my own as I could rewind to see favourite parts again, and then fast-forward through the filler bits. ( Cut for Strictly talk and video embeds )
