turpsI know why I've been feeling so ick for the last few days. People that have been around for a while know that before I had what I called lizard leg, where I had a skin infection in my leg, which is what I have now. I should have remembered as the run up was the same last time. Feverish, sick which ended in a nasty infection. Yesterday my left leg was swollen so badly, but now after hours of lying with my feet up and applying cream it's getting a little better. Trying to keep your foot raised isn't fun at all, neither is the constant tiredness that comes with this. Oh well, I guess all this means is all my bad luck and news have been used in July. I hope so because man, I can't cope with more.
James and I talked over the last days, and he's supporting me with some lifestyle changes and agreed to change things himself. Despite feeling like a wrung out rag I can honestly say the last two days have been excellent. We've talked and laughed like we haven't for a while, he's made a huge effort with Corey which has led to them laughing so much. While we were talking he keep saying how he loved me, which I've never doubted but sometimes that gets lost under the other crap. He also said how beautiful I am, which was good to hear but I think he understands now that I don'tfeel beautiful and there's a difference.
So yes, things are fine, better than fine at the moment.
It was funny, yesterday James was at work and phoned home after his shift and asked if we wanted to go for a drive. It was a gorgeous night but I was in my pjs and told him so. All he said was no one would see so just go anyway, so I did. Limping to the car in my purple owl pjs. Things were fine until we got to the coast and I realised he wanted to look at the set up for an airshow that's on this weekend. It's a big show with a load of side attractions based on military things, so they were setting up last night. Groups of soldiers and people bustling around grounded helicopters, fairground rides and stalls, all along Seaburn coast. Of course the traffic was crawling, and I sat and tried to pretend that glittery owls really were day wear *g*
Fannish wise I'm totally and utterly overjoyed at everything I'm seeing for CFTC, the pictures of Chris have left me breathless and the others look great too. They just look like they're having so much fun and that's wonderful. I'm working myself up into a teeny frenzy, but it's okay because

They should be, they've so comfortable, in fact I've got them on now. Those t-shirts are wonderful, so appropriate for so many situations.

Wet Nsync boys are wonderful, it's a shame that Chris doesn't get in the pool but seeing him sitting on the steps like a king will do for me. He can certainly put away the drink, I'm in awe of that glass he had, I want one now too!
