I had fun making the skins for my sims house, I have to admit though JC was rushed which is why he looks so weird. You should see him without his hat on, it's not a pretty sight at all.

There are nekkid sims and all the sex downloads too. The problem is as I play with Corey I can't really download them which is a shame. I belong to an adult sim yahoo group and would love to try some of the stuff out. I may have to make my own neighbourhood and make it adult only ;)
