He is, but not in the 'first block' as Mr Davies described it. I'm currently listening to an mp3 with JB and Toby Anstis and someone else on some breakfast thing and GAH! Love him lol But he doesn't know when Jack's back. Frankly hon, consdering that Russel T Davies was involved with the casting, it was always possible that flitting around flirting and being really really pretty was going to be all of his character motivation. However, because Mr Davies was also involded with teh plot, he gets to be FANTASTIC as well *g*
