Oct. 11th, 2005 03:07 pmHappy birthday,
dine. I hope you had a great day :)
The in laws came over last night, which meant of course a good snuggle session with Andrew, who's the tiniest cutest baby ever. They officially came to watch the fireworks but in the end all the guys and my niece went to the display and the MiL, SiL and I all stayed in where it was warm.
Today I have to sort out the Avon delivery that's just arrived at my door. First though I need to go buy Kayleigh's birthday cards and head off down the doctors because for some reason I ended with a 5 o clock appointment which means I have an hour to kill between school and then. Considering it looks like it's going to rain I think Corey and I will end up in the cafe for a while where I'll try and think what to buy Kay for her gift. She keeps asking for Girls Aloud but somehow I think they're out of my price range.
What I really want to do is stay home and watch Numb3rs and write, because I have stuff that needs doing for trickc day and also a halloween challenge. Thankfully after I whined pitifully at
interlock she helped assure me I'm not on crack with the trickc stuff, which means the words are sort of back again. Though those words are having to share space with the halloween story just now, because that story surely is on crack. I keep getting mental images of tails and horns and perfect crystal wings, a tail smoothing across slightly parted lips, licking down a horn and feathers, so beautiful but deadly too. Also, JC, I wasn't seeing him but a timely e mail planted the perfect image in my head, smooth like silk, all grace and languid movements with a long lizard like tongue and just guh. Of course this story doesn't actually have a plot which could be a problem, but I can work around that ;)
I'm loving seeing the reactions to SeSa, because it's a time of year that I love and I have much glee about all the potential popslash goodness. December wouldn't be the same without realising, OMG I have JuC again! days of tearing my hair out, vowing never to join next year ( ha, right ), then the satisfaction of sending in a story at the end of it all. SeSa, how I adore you.
