Jan. 31st, 2006 01:23 pmNote to self. Chatting on AIM until well past 1 on a school night is stupid, and you will suffer for it the next day. Problem is, I don't care, because it was a fabulous chat :)
Waking up everything outside was covered in frost, which was really cool to look at, but not so good to walk in when I went down the drs. At some points I was doing the shuffle step of a wuss on ice, but I got there in the end, and give myself props for not ending up on my ass doing so. On the way I passed this scottie dog, and he was wearing a parka coat complete with furry collar. He looked so adorable I couldn't help smile. Of course I smiled more when I safely got back to my warm house, sadly though I have to go back out later.
Corey and I walked to cubs last night, and you know it's not a bad walk. That is if you discount the fact you have to first walk down an unlit path banked on either side by the field, then cross a really busy road, walk past the rush hour traffic, then cross over again because there's no path on the side where we need to be. James picked him up and was told that Corey will be leaving cubs and joining scouts in a few weeks as he'll be turning ten. This means a completely new uniform, more shirts to iron....sigh, which is typical as I just spent so long getting his cub jumper clean. But man, scouts because he's ten. He's not supposed to be that old, how can I kid myself I'm still young if I have a ten year old kid? *is an old crone*
I was reading a post of
luxshine's a few days ago, and she was posting about Kevin/Chris and how the pairing doesn't seem to have a pairing name. Which is just wrong! Because Kevin/Chris is a thing of beauty and if it doesn't have a pairing name I'm just going to call it ChrisandKevinmakeTerri'sheartgoboombecausethey'resohotomgyay! Hmmm, okay, that may be too long, how about richtrick, trickk, or KeCh said in a spitting klingon like way? Is there a pairing name? I don't know, but they should be, because I say so.
Before I go. One little thing. I do not have a rimming fetish! You all need to go tell
raynedanser how wrong she is. The very idea, tsk tsk, Den.
