Reading a story this weekend I was about to throw Jordan out of a window if one of the characters didn't stop refering to the other as his lover. Yes, I know he's your lover, you've just shown that when you had your dick up his ass and your tongue in his mouth. Plus the scenes of utter sap after that. I don't need to be reminded over and over. I'm not stupid, I'm not going to forget what's happened two seconds after that big old sex scene. What's wrong with names? They're perfectly good and so much better to read than his lover sat down, his lover made a sandwich, his lover looked out the window , or worse, the dreaded 'the brunette' 'the small, big eyed dark-haired man' They have names. Use them.
Dinner was good yesterday. We had fun but sadly my meal wasn't good at all. I'd gone for the chicken pie with a mashed potato top instead of pastry. Considering I have to make these dinner's out count in terms of being stricter other times, I want something good you know? But my pie was average at best. Very little chicken and I'm sure the potato was the instant kind. After that we dropped mam off home and went to get Corey a cinema card before seeing Shaggy Dog and Pink Panther, both of which were okay. I wasn't expecting much from Pink Panther but I was laughing a lot at certain points.
We walked out of Shaggy Dog along the corridor and straight in to see the next movie. It was a screen we'd never been in before and as usual we sat in the row where you first come in. Normally there's about 20 rows in front of that, but in this screen there was only three, so we were sitting being blinded by the screen. Plus, the seat wasn't that comfy. If I'd have gone there first I would have been gutted and thought the thighs were spreading again. But I knew that wasn't true as the first show was fine, I guess some seats are just that bit smaller than others.
James and I are going to the cinema tonight when he comes home from work. Due to strikes Corey's off school tomorrow so he can stay at mam's until we get back so James and I can see an actual adult film. Not sure what yet though, he wants to see Hostel but there's no way I'm seeing that. I hate horror films, I hate gore in films so if he wants to see that he's seeing it solo.
